FOUNDER AND PRINCIPAL SHAREHOLDER

Gabriel Espinosa-Ramos, Esq.
Gabriel Espinosa-Ramos is an immigration and employment attorney and the founder of Espinosa-Ramos Law, P.C., representing employees, immigrants, and employers throughout California. He is also a regular legal analyst on NBC, CBS, KRON4, and Telemundo, and an Ivy League guest lecturer.
His Story. His Mission.
Before becoming a lawyer, Gabriel wasn't just studying law — he was gaining hands-on experience in the tech industry. He graduated cum laude from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and later earned his Juris Doctorate from UC Law San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings). While working in tech, Gabriel wasn't just writing policy — he was building it with a clear goal: fostering Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion while saving large technology companies millions through smarter processes and reduced liability.
That experience fueled Gabriel's passion for justice, particularly for immigrants and marginalized workers. He founded Espinosa-Ramos Law with a clear mission: to empower immigrants to live free from fear and exploitation, help employees facing workplace discrimination find justice, and equip employers with the knowledge to build policies that are both legally sound and genuinely fair. Driven by his own family's experience with exploitation, Gabriel approaches every case with his core principles (P.I.E):
Passion, Integrity, and Excellence.
